As dual-use considerations increasingly become part of discussions around future European research and innovation programmes, the way we think about research priorities, funding and the relationship between civilian and security-related applications is evolving. But what does this shift actually mean for the research and innovation community? Our webinar will bring together perspectives from European institutions, research and industry for an open and constructive discussion on this emerging policy direction.
